AuraQ maintains registration and passes ISO 9001:2015 audit

ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system, AuraQ uses this standard to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet these client and regulatory requirements. Our audit last week, completed by the British Assessment Bureau, provided AuraQ with an independent, expert assessment that quality is managed in line with international best practice and business objectives proving that we are consistently improving and monitoring all areas of our business to the highest possible standard.

The management system contained some of the most comprehensive documentation I have seen.

Karl Moles - Senior Lead Auditor, British Assessment Bureau

We are extremely proud of our commitment to the internationally recognised standard and our successful audit supports our continued dedication to delivering excellence and quality to our clients. Sherilley Leach, Service Delivery Manager at AuraQ is responsible for maintaining the standards commented “ISO 9001 has enhanced AuraQ’s ability to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders, by having a framework in place that helps ensure consistent quality in the provision of goods and services.” She continued “The process approach is based on our quality management principles, which include having a strong client focus, the involvement of top management and a drive for continual improvement. Our approach has progressed over a number of years and we are delighted that we continuously strive ahead in such a competitive industry.”

The feedback from BSI themselves was very complimentary with the auditor complementing our approach to the standard. Managing Director Mike Clarke concluded “As we celebrate our 25th year of trading this year, I couldn’t be prouder of where we are as a business today. AuraQ prides itself on the service we provide and the manner in which we engage with our clients, ISO 9001 helps us achieve this by maintaining and constantly driving up the standards we expect and deliver.”
