Delivering regulatory compliance, reduced IT costs and improved process efficiency in local government with OpenText BPM
Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service provides 22 operational Fire Stations throughout the county. With 600 staff, they are responsible for providing a round the clock service to approximately 680,000 citizens.
An existing OpenText BPM user, AuraQ provided extensive BPM development services and support for the service to help achieve improved processes and efficiencies for a number of core processes. These processes included the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff and the essential debrief process, a requirement of the Health and Safety Executive.
We have significantly enhanced, automated and added increased functionality for a number of complex business tasks and designed several bespoke processes as well as providing integration with existing legacy HR and payroll systems.
Our organisation and the service we deliver to our citizens has been improved dramatically with the help of AuraQ. Partnering with them to deliver our efficiencies has been invaluable to us and the ease and use of our processes means that they have been easily adapted by our users.Information System Manager
