Like the Meeting Manager, these two modules allow the user to manage Risks and Issues via a centralised enterprise based solution.

By providing the ability to allocate the management of Risks and Issues to individuals, the project manager can take a holistic view of all project and programme risks and issues.  Using the control panel, the project (or programme) manager can see the current progress of each risk and issue as well as manage, sort, print and report on them.

By taking advantage of the system's access control features, you can provide area's such as your PMO or Programme Management team access to manage/view entire programmes and/or portfolios.

Gone are the days of managing Risks and Issues via clunky, individual spreadsheets.  By adopting this system, you can not only make great savings in PMO staff costs but also give your project managers the support needed to significantly improve their project delivery.

Both Risks and Issues can be purchased independently or together.  When purchased together, they can also be reported on together using the Web Report Pack's Web Risk and Issue Log.
